Below are the base prices for use of the venue and rentals. We pride ourselves in offering customize packages to fit your needs. You may provide your own vendors, rentals and caterers.
Rental of Facility Only:
$100 per hour for use of the facility and grounds. Client provides all vendors, rentals and services.
Ceremony Only (100 Guests)
$500.00 -Includes 2 hour ceremony time. Use of the facility, Bride Room, Groom Room, 100 White Chairs, Guest Book Table.
Ceremony, Meet and Greet (100 Guests)
$800.00 - Includes 3 hour ceremony time. Use of the facility, Bride Room, Groom Room, Guest Book Table, Gift Table, Cake Table, (10-12) Round Guest Tables, White Chairs, Table Linens. Setup and break down of tables and chairs.
Ceremony and Reception (100 Guests)
$1000 Weekday
$1200 Weekend
Includes 6 hour use of the facility for ceremony and reception, plus one hour prior for setup and one hour after for cleanup. Includes Bride Room, Groom Room, Guest Book Table, Gift Table, Cake Table, Buffet Tables, Bridal Party Table, DJ Table, (10-12) Round Guest Tables, 100 White Chairs, Table Linens. Setup and break down of tables and chairs.
Reception Only (100 Guests)
$1000 Weekday
$1200 Weekend

*Pricing is based on 100 guests, additional charges may apply for rentals and extras.
